iCloud Sync mac vs iOS iPadOS

Hi, I tried the iOS version on my iPad and was able to make a purchase so I could use iCloud sync, and I have to say that so far it’s working well between my iPhone and iPad. When I tried it on my Mac, I ran into the same problem again—I couldn’t make a purchase from the App Store in my region (Spain)—so I still can’t test the sync with the Mac version—
